Pilates with Suzanne is a full-time studio offering classes Monday through Friday on the full array of the highest quality Pilates equipment. Suzanne received her first certification in 1997, and has continued her education with the Body Arts and Science certification in 2003 and Polestar certification in 2006. She is also a Pilates Method Alliance Gold Certified Instructor. Suzanne is committed to sharing this profound work in a clean, quiet and safe environment.

We begin with a private session to review health history and obtain postural and breathing assessments. Some anatomy is described, as well as the anatomy of the Pilates equipment. We begin movement with the Reformer fundamentals. Clients generally require 3-5 private sessions before feeling competent to join a class. An introductory package of 3 private sessions is $150. Each session is at least 1 hour.
