Suzanne is dedicated to making a positive impact on how you feel in your body. She has been teaching Pilates since 1997 and holds a rare Pilates Method Alliance Gold certification, in addition to Body Arts & Science and Polestar certifications. A Neuromuscular Massage Therapist since 1991, Suzanne blends her deep understanding of the human musculoskeletal system with the demands of the Pilates movements. Her goal is to help reduce pain on the planet by helping clients free themselves from daily joint pain and dysfunction, making the postural corrections needed for pain free, more active living.
